How to convert the convertible finger/wrist noose
To convert from finger to wrist noose, just pull the ends of the half-straps all the way out.
To convert from wrist to finger noose, there's a hard way and an easy way. The hard way is to remove the key ring, loop a half-strap around the back of the center reinforcement, and stuff it through, then repeat with the other half-strap. Actually, this is the only way with lam-leather loops, but it's relatively easy with them anyhow.
The easy way requires a piece of stout string. Loop it under the half-strap, then take each end around the front of the center reinforcement, and pass the ends through the center hole. Then pull the string through. Repeat with the other half-strap. That's it.
Here are some photos of the procedure. There's no key ring installed on the noose in these pictures to make everything more visible, but you can do it with a key ring in place.
